SYL (NINGBO) BATTERY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "SYL") and SMA Solar Technology AG (hereinafter referred to as "SMA") officially signed a 1GW global strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will cooperate extensively in commercial and ground-based energy storage projects around the world, deepening the implementation of development strategies to achieve resource complementation and win-win development. 

 

The two parties had an in-depth exchange on the future cooperation at the signing ceremony. Frank Qiu, General Manager of SYL, said: "The experience of cooperating with SMA to build several influential utility scale energy storage systems in the industry makes us believe that SMA's global experience and technical capability will provide strong support for SYL's global strategic development. In the future, both parties will give full play to their core competencies in the new energy sector and work together to bring high-value user experience to customers worldwide." Wang Zhengjia, Vice President of Sales for SMA Greater China Region, said: "SMA has been working with the Risen Group since 2018. Over the years, we have established a strong technical connection between us. Working together we had completed several 100MW+ level PV projects in Australia and deployed several large battery storage stations in North America and the UK with SYL.

 

The signing of this strategic agreement is another breakthrough of the friendly relationship between the two parties. SYL will continue to expand the radius of cooperation on the road of global energy development as always, and jointly promote the sustainable development of global energy with various partners.
